Urgently Hiring || Senior Executive - Sales Co-ordination @Rajkot

Role & responsibilities

l Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

l Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

l Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

l Inform customer of unforeseen delays or problems.

l Handle client communication.

l On-time delivery and report submission.

l Payment follow-up and collection.

l Ensure Customer Complaints are resolved with minimum TURN AROUND TIME (TAT).

l Inter department co-ordination.

Preferred candidate profile

l 5+ years of prior experience in Customer Relationship Management function.

l Preferably having experience in Composite industry.

Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018, API 15 LR and API Spec Q1(Preferred).
