The Senior Customer Solution Manager will lead a team of Customer Solution Managers, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative logistics solutions that address customer challenges and align with business goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships and high-value projects.
The Senior Customer Solution Manager is responsible for guiding the teams efforts in creating and delivering tailored logistics solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Solution Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and execute customer solution strategies that align with Blue Darts business objectives.
• Prioritize projects to ensure effective utilization of team resources.
Customer Engagement & Critical Project Oversight
• Front-end critical project discussions with key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring alignment between their goals and Blue Darts solutions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer project escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Solution Design & Development Oversight
• Oversee the solution proposals developed by the team to ensure they meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Ensure alignment of solution development efforts with company goals and customer expectations.
• Consult with team members to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Project Management & Performance Monitoring
• Track and monitor all projects managed by the team, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
• Own the project charter and team allocation for major initiatives.
• Evaluate project performance, including revenue impact and customer satisfaction, and report outcomes to leadership.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
• Oversee the teams data analysis efforts, ensuring actionable insights are derived and communicated effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS for national accounts and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced performance metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with product and strategy teams to refine existing solutions and develop new offerings.
• Align with business teams to drive revenue from new initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of customer solutions into existing operational frameworks.
