Education: MBA - HR | MSW | MHRM
Experience - 2 to 4 yrs
Role & responsibilities
- Partner with head by providing HR perspective on business strategies.
- Work with HODs to improve productivity and foster performance driven culture.
- Make Atul Foundation future ready by identifying qualitative and quantitative manpower requirements in line with business plan.
- Implement smooth transition of new recruits through proper induction program and on-boarding activities.
- Facilitate implementation of talent management and succession plan.
- Implement Skill development framework and enhance employee engagement through various initiatives.
- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to Atul foundation policies and SOPs (as applicable).
- Perform the role of people manager.
