Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure quick resolution of network issues and maintain network performance for satisfactory user experience
• Ensure SLA compliance by third party vendors through regular monitoring and review
• Comply with IT system with audit (external | internal) and company SOP
• Carry out system administration activities including user account management
• Support network perimeter security and network asset management
• Ensure availability of video conferencing systems and online meeting platforms

Preferred candidate profile

Work experience of Software Defined Networking is preferred.

Work experience of Palo Alto networks is preferred.
