- Company has very good culture - It has too good Greenery environment - Many Seniors are supportive - Easy to reach location - Good Canteen food - For learning and development of skill company is provide good training from top-notch expert - Good Colony for company employees

- Very limited people for Ankleshwar location only because of this many times work load exponentially increase just on one person - Young people (20-29) are very few because of that you can't make good friends of similar friends or in youngster you are only one and this cause increase stress because you can't share many quality talks with your senior as you freely talk with your similar age colleague - If you are in management and do over time work due to your work demand but you can't get Over time pay - Many times to do good work from your side but still sometimes some senior misbehave with you because of some one's mistake and you need to justify and take your stand - One thing I feel bad that company has limited hygiene wash room and have very few washroom - Some office has no proper seating chair hence pain start in back after long working hours and some has no AC / no air circulation because of that it is literally irritated to do work in summer hot weather - There is not much festival celebration or get together type function - No sport activities...Read More

It is a typical Gujrati family business, culture if horrible. most of the new joiners from good companies leave within 1-2 weeks. There's no autonomy and sharing your opinion on process or policy is not welcomes. you are not allowed to create any new initiatives. You are constantly judged on hearsay feedbacks rather than the quality of your work. Since the culture is for bad, your employability goes down drastically. no other good company would like to hire an employee from such toxic culture. Systems & processes are way to outdated. most of the work is manual. Funniest thing is that they don't even provide access of WebEx to employees, instead they have a full time guy who's role is to et up Webex links for all virtual meetings....Read More

Dominating HR, Not a listening organisation, no authority to even VP or president level but expecting are very high. No employee engagement activities and company doesn’t want to come out of old mindset. Promotions are not very easy and rate of increment is very low on an average 8-9 %.

I would say a proper balance for development of oneself both in career and hobbies as well, got pretty chill management and supportive whenever need.
