I am working here on contractual basis, so here are the benefits - 1. Good Exposure (if you are at an early stage in your career) 2. Work-Life Balance (It is good infact, very good, except some handful positions) 3. Career Growth - Very poor for contractual employees and Average for Full Time (FTE) 4. Company Culture - It heavily depends on your manager, if you are contractor but Company Culture is excellent if your FTE. Irrespective of how your manager behaves....Read More

1.Job Security - There is literally no job security if you are a contractor, even if you show outstanding performance. And, this can be testified with the fact that: A. Hiring contractors as full time employee rate is less than 1% B. They have recently introduced a policy of throwing out contractors who have been in the system for more than 3 years. So, never ever join this company as a contractor. 2.Promotions - Well, there is no promotion for a contractor because at the end of the day you are going to be No-one for them. No matter how hard you work. 3.Work Satisfaction - Due to the above reasons there is never going to be work satisfaction. 4. Culture- It is absolutely POOR because on daily basis they will make you feel like you are a third class untouchable labour, if you are a contractor. You cannot take any Work From Home whereas FTEs can take 5 WFH in a month. You will never be invited to their off-site and rather be expected to come to office and work if that’s a Working Day. They will never give you any Diwali gifts whereas your colleagues will get, if they are FTEs. If you want to join this company as : •Full Time Employee - Don’t think twice, just go for it. They are the best. •Contractor/Contract basis - Join only if you do not have anything else in hand. Keep your expectations very low and just leave the company in a year. Not more than that. And, remember, you will have to face humiliation just like a labour or servant so be prepared for that and then join....Read More
