No growth. If you are talented don’t join this company. After devoting your prime years into the company if you see growth given to anyone basis connection, region, groupism, it will be difficult to stay and also at times due to prevailing job market condition, your age factor difficult to get other jobs as well. Job knowledge is immaterial during promotion, people without job knowledge becoming your manager, we have to teach them, then end of the year he will rate you for your performance. Many time difficult to make them understand the process as they come with different background and mindset. The incoming such managers have their own favourites and thus once they learn they start harassing so that they can get their candidate into the team. There are people who left without job in hand.
