Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Maintain employee records (physical and digital).
• Prepare and update HR documents, including various letters like Offer, employment, experience, reliving.
• Coordinate HR & admin tasks.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidates.
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and organizing necessary training sessions.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data leaves & attendance).
• Coordinate employee benefits, including medical insurance and leave management.
• Employee medical insurance addition & deletion.
• General activities like biometric registration, data updating on HRIS.

4. Compliance & Policies:

• Ensure the company complies with labour laws and internal policies.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies.

5. Employee Engagement & Communication:

• Act as the point of contact for employee queries.
• Help organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.

6. General Office Support:

• Manage office supplies and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
• Oversee facilities management and vendor coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in HR & Admin profile.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with labour laws and compliance.
