HR Generalist - Night Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Employee Relations Executive to join our HR team. The candidate should be responsible for fostering positive employee relations and managing employee issues and concerns effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace accommodations
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels and develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention
• Must verify, review and organize each employees confidential documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in employee relations management or a related HR role, with a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience Documentation.
