HR Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
• Finding suitable candidates to fill positions within an Organization.
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screen and shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing company job profile with the candidate.
• Develop and Implement HR strategies.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven ability to work with department/business line management levels from diverse backgrounds and build strong relationships.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask.
• Strongly results-driven.
• A highly motivated professional with high standards of integrity and a willingness to continuously improve.
