Job Description

• Proactively plan and execute hiring of Front-line staff (Sales, Credit, Operations & Collections ) at the Branches in the respective Zone/State.
• Ensure all branches have budgeted manpower at all times.
• Responsible for first line retention efforts.
• Salary negotiations of selected candidates in consultation with respective functional head .
• On- boarding and completion of joining formalities of fresh hires.
• Track productivity of branch employees, Proactively engage with low performing employees and recommend any help required.
• Address general employee grievances/queries on a regular basis and ensure closures of the same within TAT.
• Work closely with business team to improve work relationships, build morale & retention of employees.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation of the employees (wherever required)
• Work with central employee engagement team and ensure rolled out Engagement initiatives at Branches.
• Be a SPOC for Learning and Development team.
• Ensure that all Branches under his/her charter are visited in person at least once in six months.
