Sr Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to entire Employee lifecycle of the employee start from Recruitment
• Plan and be accountable for recruitment at the Area using an effective source.
• Organize and coordinating the interview
• Collect the offer documents and extend the offer to selected candidate
• Responsible to complete the on-boarding process for new employees.
• Scheduling Orientation in HO and plant, as well as gathering feedback on the same.
• Tracking Key Critical vacant roles and timely availability of talent
• Conducting the induction, team engagement activities, including meetings, learning sessions, weekend events etc.
• Run all possible engines to go out there in the market and find high quality talent

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent work ethics and ownership attitude
• High level of self-motivation
• Multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of HR practices
