HR Recruiter

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking for someone to join the HR team to lead recruitment for the company. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in the IT/ tech industry hiring.

Job Function:

• Talent acquisition - gather hiring requirements, prepare job descriptions and post on various hiring channels
• Coordinate with internal teams for shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate with candidates on their techincal assessments and interviews
• Timely follow-ups internally and externally for closing open positions
• Support in building social media content which are focussed on employees
• Support in the company's Great Place to Work (GP2W) initiatives
• Taking care of all joining formalities of new hires, including that all their documentation and references are in place

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent in MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in IT/ tech startup is preferred
• Ability to multi-task, manage various different job requisitions in different cities and job functions
• Ability to maintain good, up-to-date data records
