Executive / Asst. Manager - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities :

• Ensuring Job Description are always updated.
• Ensure Competency assement is done on a regular basis for new employees.
• Rune the Performance Management cycle for the plant.
• Employee Engagement activities.
• Town halls, skip level meeting.
• SAP - HR module.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience.
• HIgh level of Maturity
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools like MS Office PowerPoint & Excel; ability to analyse data effectively.
• Knowledge and experience of SAP HR module.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
• Candidate should have good English Verbal and Written Communication.
• Willing to Relocate in Indore, M.P.
