Human Resource Manager or Human Resource Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process along with HRBP role.
  
• Oversee onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
  
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  
• Coordinate HR generalist activities such as salary negotiations, exit processes, induction programs, and performance management systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in an HR role within the Finance & NBFC industry.
  
• Strong understanding of HR coordination, execution, generators (offer generation), HR generalist activities, HR operations (recruitment), salary negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
