Job Description
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of business goals.
- Preparing the strategy roadmap, for revival of the product life cycle, and implementation friendly tactical plans
- To workout clutter breaking in-clinic customer engagement communication plan to position the brands as per the strategic requirements
- To explore Digital medium for enhanced product promotion and customer outreach
- Business development and market expansion through New product launches
- Improve Specialty Coverage and Therapy Focus through intensive KOL/KBL engagement initiatives, scientific Programs and Meeting
- Strengthen portfolio by reviving and consolidating existing Brand portfolio and building distinct positioning & communication of the division.
- Build cohesive sales & marketing team by identifying the required needs and help build the right skill sets that is in line with the growth and aspiration of the organization
- Devising a robust mechanism for the strong monitoring of key initiatives and KPI measurement
- Achievement of Sales & profitability targets of the division.
