The HR contacted me for a job posting. The interview process was started, and they asked my salary expectations, to which the HR (Akshita Bhardwaj & K Sharma) replied that they are OK with my salary expectations and went ahead with the interview process. I cleared all three rounds of interviews, but when the time came for salary discussion and joining process they straight away reduced 5lacs salary from my salary expectations and told me that they can best offer this reduced salary. It is really ridiculous for an HR like Akshita Bhardwaj and K Sharma, where they first agree on the salary expectations and then at the time of final discussion just arrogantly behave and reduced the salary offered by such a big amount even after agreeing on the initial discussions. I sympathize with the current employees of this company and its founders that they have given the recruitment responsibilities to these jerks. It was by God's grace that I got opportunity from a FAANG company and never looked back on this nonsense startup, and they lost a great software engineer because of these stupid HR personals. I STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE, DON'T JOIN THIS IRRESPONSIBLE AND RIDICULOUS STARTUP.

All the things are managed by inexperienced freshers , the so called seniors are all freshers who joined the form initially. So no procedures followed it's all gambling happening clients are sold false promises behind the scenes everything is broken. No one knows what to do next. There is a young and arrogant CEO who just doesnt know how to treat employees, and mentain a productive team. Once a "senior" left the organisation and that too from one of their majour project they didn't even care to hire a new experienced developer the team went on to hit and try and manage anyhow to fix their so called projects with a 2+ years experience person. If you want to learn and learn in a structured way then definately it's not an organisation you would like to join. Coding standards: No code reviews , direct merge with any environment can be done while development so you can assume the practices followed. No one knows what to do. It has gathered people who were not selected anywhere else and same people continue to run organisation I'm not sure how. Worst company policies ever.

I got this job in corona pandemic where people were losing job and i was not sure that i will spent 5 years in a company but company good environment and flexible working hours motivated me to work continue with lynkit.

Politics, You cannot argue, it may not be your mistake and there are 2 love birds who think that the company is theirs and even the management listens to them only, only the manager of the acc department is a puppet of the assistant manager
