worse politics (abusive people working in R&D), too much flexibility in office timings,manipulative leadership in support of abusive people who deliberately cause delay in work. One person has abused me on phone after i left the company, i have written elaborate email to upper management but they haven't taken any legal action against that person. they also haven't not given relieving letter. They want to know present company before they give relieving letter which is again illegal. So, this ridiculous,irrational,unreasonable startup....Read More

Helpful people but mostly fresher and no senior person is there to lead team all things are managed by freshers and new commers.

Dislikes

No management, and no seniors are on projects all the decision are taken and managed by freshers which really down grades the project quality, no vision of project. Micro management you have to complete 8:30 hours exact otherwise half day will be marked ever if you leave arky by 1 minute.
