Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Supervise HR Shared Services team members, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR-related queries and transactions.
- Manage HR data and reporting, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Service Delivery
- Provide HR advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding & employee life cycle events.
- Coordinate benefits administration and other HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management
- Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform HR decision-making.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Foster partnerships with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, and other HR functions.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and changes to stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Honestly, this first seems very civilized on social platforms, but operates in a very traditional set up. The leadership team works like they are operating one of their family business and growth and acknowledgement to the employees is mostly given on the basis of the relationship one maintains with them. Quite a pathetic place to work.
