Assistant Manager - Finance (Accounts Payable)

1. Ensure all the payments processed as per credit period terms.
2. Ensure adequacy & accuracy of provisions created at month end.
3. Oversee vendor reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate account settlements.
4. Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered like TDS/GST etc.
5. Ensure Internal financial control is adhered to on timely basis.
6. Assist in month-end closing activities, providing financial support and data analysis.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and streamline processes.
8. Generate detailed reports using Advanced Excel to support decision-making and audits.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, data analysis, if/else, count if/sum if, indexing, macros, PPT etc) is necessary.
3. Effective communication skills to consult effectively with vendors and internal teams.
4. Experience in international payments is a Plus.
5. High diligence and ability to work under pressure during month-end deadlines.
