Help design and develop new HR systems and processes, working within a design thinking framework.
SPOC from HR ops for project tasks such as documentation, communication, and tracking.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication.
Conduct research on emerging HR technologies and their potential applications.
Oversee TAZ, Onboarding Administrative Activities in absences of the POC.
Manage documentation from Audit standpoint
Manage all the transactional & testing activities in Fusion system.
