Officer / Senior Officer - HR

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for understanding the hiring needs of the organization and acting against it.
• You have to comply with the Recruitment process in the given TAT.
• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the Face of the Organization, so must be very tactical in every approach.
• You will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle of the organization.
• Campus & Freshers Hiring Process
• Coordination with Departments related to open positions.
• To manage employee personal files and records.
• Along with all of the above, you have to work on other HR & Admin related activities as and when required.

What is required from you?

• Master's Degree with a Specialization in HR is a must.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in the same field.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Should be able to work on challenging tasks.
• Problem Solver.
