Role & responsibilities :- The role involves assisting in the recruitment process, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. The Assistant HR Recruiter will also be responsible for posting job openings, maintaining candidate, databases, and supporting HR initiatives,
Preferred candidate profile:- Candidate having at least 2 year of experience in Recruitment field and should have good knowledge about & Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, Organizational and Time Management skills, HR Processes and Procedures knowledge Should be graduate and good skill in MS office and advanced excel.
Note:- This is a contractual role for 1 Year with potential for growth.
