Role & responsibilities

Job description:-

• End-to-end recruitment
• Assisting to HR Manager as when required.
• Taking complete responsibilities of recruitment and rest will be to support HR operations on daily basis.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.
• Offer Negotiating, Employee onboarding, Grievances management taking part in other HR responsibility
• Planning and designing employees benefits packages.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
• PF and ESI registration.
• Handling HR Compliance.

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent learning skills.
• Good in MS Office.
