Hr Assistant

1. Scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings
2. Sourcing candidates through telephonic and direct interviews
3. Following up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
4. Working on joining and exit formalities
5. Working on employee engagement
6. Coordination with the marketing team
7. Working on coordination with the business development team
8. Working on coordination with the management team
9. Must be good in Written & Verbal English
10. Can give internal trainings to employees
11. Has a good grip over making slides for training
12. Should be able to collect information on varied topics from different sources
13. Fluent in English language
14. Good interpersonal and communication skills
15. Ability to do public speaking
16. Can manage queries and solve them.
