HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
2. Candidate Screening:
   
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
3. Interview Coordination:
   
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers post-interview.
4. Onboarding Support:
   
• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
5. Employer Branding:
   
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other networking events.
• Maintain and promote a positive employer brand.
6. Database Management:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for analysis and improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
