• Maintain a significantly detailed record of the employees of a company.
• Assisting Senior HR in her day to day operations
• Scheduling the interviews
• Job posting on various job portals and shortlistings the candidates
• Verification of expenses of team members
• Taking the first round of interview
• Onboarding of candidates
• Verification of documents of the candidates.
• Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Human Resources department regularly.
