Position: HR Executive
Purpose: - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, managing the employee life cycle in an organize from hiring to the exit of the employee. Hiring, Human Resources Management, Indu -boarding, Employee Engagement, Communication.
Responsibilities
● To manage complete life cycle of recruitment & selection (end to end recruitment).
● To Maintain the work structure by updating on job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
● To conduct all levels of interview rounds of interviews - candidate profiling, salary and fitment
negotiation & taking the approval from the management before sending the offer.
● To maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
● To hire via different job portals, references, advertising, social networking sites.
● To maintain the database and recruitment MIS.
● To generate Recruitment reports to the management Monthly/quarterly.
● To create a pipeline of talent by best hiring strategies & practices as per organization's dynamic growth and vision.
● To handhold, onboard, orient and induct inflow of talent in the system.
● To generate Offer/Appointment Letter(s) to the new joinees.
● To do Induction/On -boarding formalities to the new joinees.
● To facilitate in managing a successful, smooth employee life cycle in the organization.
● To carry out necessary administration duties.
