Business Development Executive- Female Pref.(only For Ahmedabad People

We are a KPO Company (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) and we do have clients in the US, UK & Australia. We are providing Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Tax return services to our clients. We have a decent and Employee friendly work Culture.

Role & responsibilities

• Bring new leads by using different strategies of Management
• Do a first call with Leads for understanding their requirements.
• Prepare Engagement letters
• Prepare a workflow for onboarding new clients.
• Liaise with the Onboarding Team.
• Liaise with the other BD team members about their daily work.
• Bring new innovation in creating processes for the company.
• Liaise with the external Marketing Team for various tasks.
• Prepare Presentations & videos where necessary for Process creation and creating Marketing material.
• Take Feedbacks from clients in the Transition phase.
• Follow up the leads and prepare an automation strategy for the same.
• Update the CRM on a regular basis & Many more.
• Attend phone calls of incoming leads upto 12 AM (Preferred)

Requirements

• Good at English verbal communication and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
