We are seeking a Business Development Executive to help drive the company, engage international clients, and leverage advanced technology for seamless property transactions.

This role focuses on utilizing tools like AI analytics, 3D tours, VR, chatbots and CRM tools to deliver exceptional experiences to buyers and sellers while also identifying growth opportunities for the company.


Note: This is a desk-based role utilizing digital tools like AI, CRM systems, and chatbots for technology-driven abroad real estate processes , with no fieldwork involved.

Role & responsibilities

Client Interaction using Advanced AI Tools:

  • Use AI for market analysis, pricing, and demand forecasting.
  • Automate follow-ups and lead management with AI tools.
  • Analyze data with AI to predict property market trends.
  • Conduct virtual property tours using 3D and VR technology.
  • Engage leads with AI-powered chatbots and CRM systems.
  • Provide personalized property solutions using AI-driven insights.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Manage and negotiate property deals to meet international clients expectations.
  • Build lasting relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in current market.
  • Create and execute plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in digital marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Digital Marketing and Digital Sales:

  • Promote properties through Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Use SEO and content marketing to optimize property listings.
  • Leverage data insights to improve digital sales performance.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on property market trends and share insights with international clients.
  • Propose creative strategies to expand digital market reach.

Teamwork and Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate customer databases for effective lead tracking.
  • Share ideas to enhance sales, digital marketing, and business strategies.
  • Leverage customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance the client
  • experience.
  • Collaborate with video marketing teams to create engaging, tech-enhanced property presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: BBA or MBA or B.tech graduates, freshers, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Interest Areas: Passion for business development, sales, and digital marketing.

Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn CRM systems, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to emerging technologies.

Commitment: Minimum 1-2 years of commitment(bond) needed for mutual growth.
