Tele caller , Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing SoundLife's services and answering any queries they may have.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with clinic staff to book appointments and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably within healthcare or a service-based industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi , English and Gujarati.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and patience.
