- Master's degree in Human Resources or any other graduation.

- Proven experience in a HR Operations role within the manufacturing industry in India.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and associated HR challenges.

- Very good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of End to End HR Process.

Experience and knowledge in Labor laws.
Experience in Recruitment and selection process
Experience in end to end HR activities
