HR Generalist
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for various roles within the automobile industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a streamlined hiring process that aligns with business objectives.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee grievances and mediating conflict resolution.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation impacting the automobile industry and recommend necessary policy updates.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and recommend compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
