HR Generalist - (3 -7yrs) BRS Nagar

Location: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana

Shift Timings: 9.45 AM to 7.00 PM

Working days: Mon-Sat

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing core HR functions, including but not limited to:

• Attendance and Leave Management: Ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, process leave requests, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, assist with performance improvement plans, and align employee goals with organizational objectives.
• Appraisals: Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring fair and timely feedback delivery.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and support engagement initiatives.
• Policy Compliance: Enforce HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
