We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager - HR to oversee and manage various HR functions with focus on general operations, employee engagement including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement and Development
2. HR Policies and Compliance
3. Payroll and HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
Maintain HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave management.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
4. Performance Management
Facilitate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
Work with managers to identify key performance indicators and set goals for employees.
Support career planning and succession planning initiatives.
5. Employee Life Cycle Management
Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Design and improve processes to enhance the employee experience at each stage of the life cycle.
Ensure smooth transitions during onboarding, role changes, and exit processes.
6. Recruitment and Talent Management
Assist the TA team in recruitment and Talent Management.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
