Strategy | Research and Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and industry developments

- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, market reports, and external data providers

- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track market trends and performance metrics

- Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development

- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies

- Oversee projects as a Project Manager from concept to completion

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics or related field

- Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus

- 5+ years of experience in real estate, financial services research, analysis, or a related field preferable

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proven track record of delivering insightful market analysis and reports
