Job Description
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role at leading research and analytics, KPOs and consulting firms
- A multi-disciplinary thinker, qualitative and quantitative research experience, preferably a research lead from a consulting background with experience in building high-performing teams.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role, leading primary and secondary research projects across sectors
- Proven client facing experience proactively engaging client users to understand project scope and requirements, and coordinating task execution through frequent phone and email correspondence
- Skilled in all aspects of business and financial research across various output types
- Strong experience in leveraging new-age technologies and data analytics capabilities to efficiently extract, process, and deliver content in an easily understandable way
- Adept in leveraging research databases such as CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, amongst others
- Master’s degree in business, Economics, English Literature, or Mass Communication from a top-tier university or college
