Research Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive secondary research across diverse domains to gather relevant data, industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop and maintain a robust research framework and methodology to ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability of findings.
• Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to extract key insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand research objectives, provide strategic guidance, and support decision-making processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry developments, and best practices in research methodologies to continuously enhance research capabilities.
• Lead and mentor junior research team members, providing guidance on research techniques, analytical methodologies, and presentation skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate research findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully conducting secondary research across diverse domains.
• Experience in Indian government projects is considered a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in research tools and databases, as well as data visualization and presentation software.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
