Job Title: Site Safety Head

Location: Raipur & Korba (Chhattisgarh)

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Safety Head with a background in the Power/Energy industry to join our team in Raipur & Korba. The ideal candidate will have 20-28 years of experience, focusing on thermal Power plant Projects. As the Site Safety Head, you will oversee safety processes and implement safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for all site personnel.
• Investigate and report on accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address safety concerns and issues.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and technologies related to site safety.

Technical Skills:

• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards in the Power industry.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of safety management systems and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.

Education Qualification:

Regular B.Tech / B.E in a relevant field.

Certification Required:

Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification.
