Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Techno Commercial

Job Summary:

A highly motivated and organized individual as a Team Member for managing and assisting routine procurement.

The candidate should have a fair understanding of technology, services, marketing procurement. Good communication skills, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers for various components.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms for ADL.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timely delivery, and satisfactory after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the finance to ensure timely payment processing and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize component/equipment sourcing processes, including vendor selection, procurement, and inventory management.
• Provide regular reports on component/equipment sourcing activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis to the management team.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant certifications in supply chain management or procurement will be a plus.

Proficiency in using Ariba and SAP for procurement and inventory management.

Proven experience in component/equipment sourcing, procurement, or related fields, preferably within the Digital, technology or Fintech ecosystem
