Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Associate to join our hospitality team at the airport lounge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness within the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Food Preparation and Presentation: Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages, ensuring all dishes are served at the correct temperature and presented according to the lounge's standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and serving areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks, assist in ordering necessary supplies, and manage stock levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as airport lounges operate around the clock.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hospitality or airport lounge setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
