15+ yrs of industrial experience which should include design, installation, testing, commissioning and auditing of firefighting systems across various industries.
Should have worked as a pure Fire and Life Safety professional with following experience:
Act as a Third Party certifier by reviewing projects in terms of Fire & Life Safety, Industrial hazards, identify risks and suggest to resolve the issues affecting overall delivery of the projects;
Lead fire & life safety engineering team in design, engineering, fire safety audits and risk assessments;
Third party Review & certification of fire & safety engineering designs and policies;
Lead the delivery of multiple single and multi disciplinary projects, of varying sizes;
Ability to negotiate with client, project management team, approval authorities on fire safety studies, designs and proposals;
Lead the design process and encourage the team to deliver appropriate and cost effective solutions to the agreed program, support those less experienced by technical review, mentoring and advice;
Manage the design teams, establishing the design specification which responds to the Clients expectations, and demonstrates compliance with the employer s requirements through the design process;
Carry out periodic project reviews and identify and resolve risks affecting overall delivery;
Carry out design reviews and value engineering workshops;
Lead the execution team to deliver the projects on time as per the client / consultants requirements in accordance with local authority having jurisdiction (Civil Defence / Fire Brigade);
Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring the client is well informed about project progress, and solicit and act on feedback from the client to enhance the service they receive and maximize repeat business opportunities.

Creating scope of work for standard FLS audits and design studies
Studying client RFQs and advising on the manday s required.
Attending to customer inquiries and explaining the FLS audit and fire design review process and if required incorporating any specific client needs.
Conducting the FLS audit and study as per the agreed scope.
Ensuring the audit reports are received by the customers after proper quality check.
Responding to customer queries post audit report submission.
Continuously upgrading the audit process and its outcomes.
Complete project management of FLS studies and audits.
