Key Responsibilities:

1. In-Depth Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive research on current and emerging trends, regulations, and innovations in the education domain, both nationally and globally.
• Interpret the regulatory and governance frameworks in the Indian education system and assess their impact on the organization.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop strategies to leverage emerging opportunities in the education sector.
• Create actionable plans to address organizational challenges influenced by sector-specific developments.
3. Insights and Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Present research findings and strategic plans to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and nurture relationships with key players in the education ecosystem, including government agencies, academic institutions, and industry leaders.
• Represent the organization at forums, discussions, and events to stay informed and contribute to thought leadership in the sector.
5. Compliance and Governance Support:
• Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines in the education domain to ensure organizational adherence to requirements.
• Create SOPs and workflows to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Education:
  A Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, Education, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Freshers with strong research and analytical skills are welcome.
• 1-3 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting roles, particularly within the education sector, is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong cognitive and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Exceptional research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
