Operations Specialist - (WFO - HYD)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and action-oriented Operations Associate to closely engage with students throughout their course journey. This role involves executing targeted campaigns, implementing action items, and proactively supporting students to achieve their learning goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a focus on execution, and a passion for fostering student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support:

• Directly engage with students to address challenges and provide guidance for progress.
• Support students in achieving course milestones and transitioning to higher performance buckets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Campaign Execution:

• Implement outreach campaigns to engage students based on progress levels.
• Personalize communication strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of campaign-related action items.

Student Engagement:

• Provide regular follow-ups and support to maintain high engagement levels.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Collect and maintain accurate records of student interactions and performance data.
• Share insights with the Operations Specialist to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Assist in preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and student engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to execute detailed action plans and meet deadlines.
• Organized and self-driven, with a focus on student success.

Preferred:

• Experience in education, counseling, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and student management systems.
