Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations with a focus on team leadership, sales forecasting, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

  2. Sales Strategy and Forecasting:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast sales accurately.
    • Align sales strategies with overall company goals to maximize revenue.
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Oversee the adoption and efficient use of CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
    • Ensure data integrity and leverage CRM analytics for strategic decision-making.
    • Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed sales reports.
    • Present sales insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
