Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client negotiation, contract management, and 7+ years of experience in B2B sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
    • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Build strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
  2. Client Negotiation and Relationship Management:
    • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  3. Contract Management:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with company policies and client expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all contracts.
  4. Sales Strategy and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to their professional growth.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in lead generation, client negotiation, and contract management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to achieve sales targets under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in B2B sales.
