Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead product design initiatives, conduct in-depth market research, and implement Agile methodologies in the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product development, a strong understanding of market trends, and expertise in designing innovative products that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Analyze data to derive actionable insights that inform product development decisions.
• Create customer personas and map customer journeys to guide product development.
2. Product Design and Development:
• Lead the design and conceptualization of new products, ensuring they meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to turn product concepts into actionable plans.
• Define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring product quality.
3. Agile Methodologies:
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative and efficient product development.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and lead sprint planning and review meetings.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely product releases and address any roadblocks.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customers, to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
• Present product development updates to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and creative solutions.
• Continuously assess and improve product development processes to optimize efficiency and product outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products from concept to market.
