Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Management Specialist to oversee and optimize the organizations cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management, and will contribute to the efficient handling of financial assets to meet corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liquidity Management:
• Monitor and manage the companys liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and strategic needs.
• Evaluate and improve processes to optimize liquidity usage.
• Cash Flow Forecasting:
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models.
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, and provide actionable insights.
• Treasury Management:
• Execute treasury operations, including cash pooling, fund transfers, and currency management.
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiate banking terms to ensure optimal services.
• Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies for financial transactions.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury performance.
• Assist in financial planning and budget preparation to support business objectives.
• Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treasury and cash management activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cash management, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting and financial modeling.
• Proficient in using financial systems and tools for cash and treasury management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in treasury management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation or a large-scale financial environment.
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and treasury management systems.
