Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve regional sales targets, expand our distributor network, and increase market share.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential distributors, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues promptly, and identify new business opportunities.
3. Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
4. Manage and Analyze Sales Data: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive business growth.
6. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Continuously seek new business opportunities, such as expanding our product portfolio, entering new markets, or forming strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
