Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Strategist with expertise in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and negotiation to drive business growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales practices, a proven ability to identify and secure new opportunities, and excellent communication skills to foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Align sales strategies with organizational goals and adapt them based on performance metrics.
  2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify, target, and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Create tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs effectively.
  3. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
    • Develop win-win solutions that align with both client and company objectives.
    • Close high-value deals and maintain a high success rate in contract execution.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  5. Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
    • Mentor junior sales representatives and share best practices to enhance team performance.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in sales strategy and planning.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on strategy and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
